Dear Customer,

Hi my name is Neal Ice. I am the owner and operator of "A Bobcat Excavating."
I have been self-employed in the customer service business for more than 23 years. Before I started the excavating business, I owned and operated a very successful tree service and trash clean-up business. I started "A Bobcat Excavating"  full time in 1992, each year I become more efficient with more experience and better equipment. I would be surprised if there was any operator in the Portland area that had more experience operating heavy equipment in the confined areas around homes. When I am working for a customer, my focus is on low impact on surrounding areas, and being as efficient as possible in saving them time and money.

Having the right tools immediately available on the jobsite means less handwork, and a cleaner, nicer looking job. In one combination package I bring a customized oversized dump truck, a loader with a four-in-one customized bucket, and a trackhoe with a thumb and quick coupler. The coupler allows me to make bucket changes in less than 2 minutes. On the same trailer I always carry five trackhoe buckets, a tiller attachment for the loader, and wood to protect the edges of your concrete. I can carry up to 130 gallons of fuel with me, and in large toolboxes I carry spare parts, hand tools, and a transfer fuel pump. When I show up at your jobsite I have everything I need to get the job done right, and fast.

My job is to keep a smile on my customers'  face. Give me a phone call and lets talk about what you want done.

Sincerely,
Neal
